Oliverio & Marcaccio LLP, is a small, but dynamic full service Rhode Island civil litigation law firm. Its founding partners, Matthew T. Oliverio and Raymond A. Marcaccio, are zealous advocates for their clients who pride themselves on personally attending to every detail while at all times maintaining the highest level of ethical and professional standards. For over thirty-nine years, they have successfully tried numerous cases before judges and juries in the state and federal courts of Rhode Island and Massachusetts. The firm’s clients are quite diverse and include individuals, privately-held and publicly-traded companies, non-profit organizations, state and local agencies and municipal governments. The firm represents these clients on a wide range of legal issues, including contract and shareholder disputes, products liability, labor and employment matters, intellectual property and land use disputes, commercial construction litigation, collective bargaining disputes and personal injury claims.
